The validity period of your travel eSIM will begin at the moment you install the eSIM on your device or at the moment your eSIM is connected to a supported network. We will specify the validity period for each country in the corresponding eSIM description.

Renewing your eSIM mobile plan depends on the type of eSIM and the country you choose. Most of Gigago's current eSIM data plans do not support renewal. However, you don't need to worry; if you run out of data, you can easily purchase a new eSIM plan to continue accessing the internet. The process is very simple and quick.

Depending on the eSIM package and the country you choose, the eSIM may or may not include a number. For example, in Vietnam or the UK, Gigago offers both data-only packages and packages that include a number, allowing you to receive calls and messages normally.

Whether Gigago's eSIM package allows mobile data sharing (hotspot/tethering) depends on the country. Some countries where Gigago offers eSIM support hotspot functionality, such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.

Devices that support eSIM are becoming increasingly common. For example, iPhones from the XR and XS series onwards, and Samsung devices from the Galaxy S20 series onwards, all support eSIM.

After placing your order and successfully completing the payment, you will receive an eSIM QR code along with detailed installation instructions. Simply follow the instructions to easily use your travel eSIM.

Immediately after you order and pay for your eSIM online, the eSIM QR code will be sent to your account along with detailed instructions on how to use it.

Since a Wi-Fi connection is required to set up the eSIM, please install it before departure. Depending on the waiting period of each type of eSIM, you can install it 30 days or less before your trip.

If you have already arrived in a country where you need to use eSIM, you can install and activate it immediately after receiving the QR code.

Yes. You can still use voice/messaging apps like Zalo, Facetime, Messenger, Skype, WhatsApp, etc., when using eSIM.

Gigago's eSIM packages are all connected to the networks of leading carriers in their respective countries. For example, Vietnam's eSIM uses the Vinaphone network, while Thailand's eSIM uses the DTAC and AIS networks. Therefore, you can rest assured about the network access speed of Gigago's eSIM, whether your destination is in a rural area or a city.

Yes. To ensure your eSIM always receives the best mobile network, you should enable data switching in your device settings. This will not incur any additional mobile data usage charges for your eSIM.

Currently, Gigago's data plans do not support topping up data. When your data allowance runs out, your internet connection will be interrupted or slowed down. If you want to continue using the service, you can purchase a new eSIM and activate it according to the instructions.

Each QR code can only be scanned once. If you encounter any problems during the eSIM setup and activation process, please do not delete the eSIM and contact Gigago immediately for prompt support.
