With eSIM Connect, after you completed your order with us and successfully transfer your payment, we will send the eSIM to your registered email within a maximum of 15 minutes.

In case of delays in delivery or service supply, eSIM Connect will promptly inform you and provide an opportunity to cancel the contract if you wish to do so.

Since the eSIM is sent via email, please provide the correct email address to ensure you get it timely. In the event that you do not receive any emails from eSIM Connect within 5 – 15 minutes after your payment, please contact our Customer Support staff via email tamdothanh97@gmail.com  for prompt support.
